August 7th 2010 - Mount Pleasent Car Park

I like the symetry of the concrete muti storey car park and the beauty of the evening sky. Beauty and the beast coming together to make a pleasing photograph.

This is a year long project, my intention being to document each day in the life of Liverpool - its places, people, atmosphere, culture and uniqueness. An exhibition is planned when the project culminates.

My style is to capture the scene without the use of image manipulation via computer programs - I don't enhance colour or exposure artificially. I believe this shows the true sense of the subject in its natural form.
