July 18th 2010 - Penny Lane
Month 7 for the Penny Lane sign and for new followers I am taking a photograph of the same road sign of Penny Lane to see the subtle changes over the year. A few extra names added, zoom in and compare with previous photographs.

May 11th 2010 - Penny Lane
Back to the Penny Lane sign saga! I tried to get a photograph from when our, now new, Deputy Prime Minister signed the Penny Lane sign (see last month), but the gates are still locked. I went back to old faithful, which has a few subtle changes. Get down there with your pens and become a piece of Paulo history (book is being published at the end of the year)...not that I'm advocating graffitti, you understand!

April 11th 2010 - Penny Lane Sign
This is the fourth in the series of the Penny Lane sign, a few subtle changes have occured. I wanted to take a photograph of a new Penny Lane sign which mysteriously appeared last week to promote the visit of the Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg who signed it, but high security was in force (the gate to the car park is locked on Sundays). I shall try next month, although it may have been removed following a comment made to Mr Clegg by the media about a politician condoning graffitti!

February 11th 2010 - Penny Lane
Continuing with the Penny Lane sign project (taking one photograph a month on the 11th to see how the sign evolves) I checked out the sign I took last month but still no graffiti, I think it must be an easy clean sign. So I ventured up the lane to find this sign painted on to the wall which is a lot more organic. Click on the photo and have good close up look.
