January 25th 2010 - Aeroplane over the MerseyA peaceful walk in the grounds of Speke Hall, interrupted by this roaring jet overhead. I liked the idea of ancient and modern alongside each other in this image - the old tree, firmly rooted in the foreground and the plane coming in to land at John Lennon Airport overhead.
